KANSHOAN provides accurate and detailed information about
Japanese swords on its site before selling to customers.
However, we understand that certain items may not meet
your expectations upon receipt and inspection.
In such an event, we will accept a return of the item(s) under the
following conditions;

• Items priced individually over 200,000 Yen.
• Returns must be requested within 4 days of delivery.
• We will accept only intact and unaltered items.
• We will charge a 10% restocking fee.
• Customers will be responsible for return shipping and
  insurance fees.
• We will bear the refund-related bank charges in Japan.
• We will refund your bank account on a Yen basis.
• Customers will be responsible for bank charges on their
  account.
• We will wire the refund after we receive and inspect the
  returned item(s).
